Shipping Policy

All orders within Pakistan are dispatched through Zoom, Call Courier and other courier services. All customers will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Robo IVR call or Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through Cash on Delivery method). Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days.

We offer free delivery on orders above or equal to Rs.2500 within Pakistan.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information and our "Exchange Policy" will apply.

RAZZAQ AND SONS may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors or due to quality reasons.

Returns and Exchanges

Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered

Actual product color may vary slightly from the image shown.

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.

Please note that in order to proceed with any claims related to damaged or missing items, we require a video recording of the parcel and each product opening process as part of our exchange policy.

The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.

The original invoice is required for exchange.

Products sent for exchange (if applicable) must be properly packed by the sender to prevent any damage or loss during transit; items received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.

Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.

Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not applicable.

RAZZAQ AND SONS has the right, at the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.

Upon the acceptance of the request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.

We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
